Troubleshooting

Start with the exact router model, firmware version and observed connection state.

Identify the device

Record the router model and firmware version before changing settings. Use the user manual that matches the device and firmware; LED meanings and menu names may differ between models.

Record the symptoms

Note which connection is failing and when the issue started. Record the Power, System and Cellular LED states and whether the web interface is reachable from a connected computer.

Check the cellular connection

For WR565, open Status → Overview and record the SIM state, cellular connection, IP address and APN. Confirm the SIM service and required APN with the mobile operator. Refer to the matching manual before making changes.

Prepare a support request

Include the model, firmware version, observed LED states, connection status and the steps already tried. Remove passwords and other sensitive information from screenshots before sharing them with technical support.
